E-AUCTION FOR WHO NEW DELHI  07 JUNE 2024 VEHICLE WITH DOCUMENTS

 Auction of Vehicle belonging to WHO New Delhi, will be held on Friday the 7^th June-2024, at 11:30 through E-auction.  Security deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- per 4-wheeler, in favour of Accurate Auctioneers, should be deposited before 05:00pm on or before 06^th June-2024. Inspection of the vehicle can be done 5 & 6 June 2024 from 11:00 to 13:00 hrs. at WHO/ SEARO Red Fort Parsvnath Capital Tower, Bhai Vir Singh Marg, Gole Market, Sector 4, New Delhi-110 001,Bidder must submit identity and address proof along with security money. And create EMD submit request on website.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS

1   The Vehicles is auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The buyer will have to get the Insurance and registration certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost. The successful bidder must pay the Road Tax to the Government as applicable”., And will make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicle. The security will be returned only after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest bidder. The Buyer Will have to get the NOC from Delhi RTO, after That get the registration in other State.  And if he fails to get the NOC,  he Will have to follow the scrap of vehicles noms as per the Governement guidelines. 

2   Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days, After creation of EMD refund request on website of Auctioneers.

3   Payment in full, after the acceptance will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS, NEFT, in favour of “WHO New Delhi”, within Three days from the date of notification, before collection of vehicles. And all the transfer formalities/fee will be done/borne by buyer only. GST will be deposited with the Auctioneers.

4    The WHO have reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.

5   The highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address of Delhi in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the vehicle.

6   It would be assumed that the bidder has satisfied about the vehicle condition before the auction. No complaint will be entertained after the auction.

7   In case the successful bidder backs out, his security amount will be forfeited.

8   Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of WHO and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.    

9   WHO will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other bidders.

10      Transfer Documents will be prepared in the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the time of bid) only. Third party payment will not be allowed.

11      WHO will provide the required documents in the name of bidders after taking the permission from Ministry of External Affairs it will take 30 to 45 days. So bidder should take care of it.
