E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 03 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten Per cent) of his bid
amount less the Caution Money deposited (CMD) earlier towards the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
BHILOSA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE
LIMITED shall issue a final confirmation of
acceptance/rejection for all lots within 30 calendar days (excluding
e-auction date)
The buyer shall deposit 100% payment
within 07 calendar days from the date of confirmation, subject to acceptance
of his bid amount and said lot/’s
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
BHILOSA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE
LIMITED.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

Special Condition :
a Quantities are Estimated Quantities and
incase of more weight obtained during lifting the additional weight would
be considered
b The Total Estimated Amount needs to be
deposited in advance
c All the safety precautions as per the Bhilosa
Policy should be adhered while lifting the material
d In case of difference in amount the same has
to be payable before the vehicle gate out, else the material outgate would not
be permitted
e Entire area has to be cleaned before leaving
the premises
1 Bhilosa will not
provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.
2 After auction company
will not accept any misbehave for the lifting .
3 H1
vendor lift the total scrap within 15 working days after getting of sale order.
On the 16th day EMD automatically forfeited.

Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 25% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order as a Security amount. Balance 75% shall be payable in single lots before lifting of materials from site.
The Security amount will be adjusted in last lot. .

The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
If Bidder will not
deposit the Security Amount within 3-5 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order.
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.

Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
7 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
8 Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
9 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
