E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 07 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 100% (Hundred Per cent) of his bid
amount less the Caution Money deposited (CMD) earlier towards the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
L&T Construction shall issue a final
confirmation of acceptance/rejection for all lots within 30 calendar days
(excluding e-auction date)
The buyer shall deposit 100% payment
within 07 calendar days from the date of confirmation, subject to acceptance
of his bid amount and said lot/’s
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
L&T
Construction.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

be lifted from site within 15 days from the date of issuance of Sale Order.

Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 100% of the Sale Order value within 7 days from the date of issuance of
Sale Order.

The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.
If Bidder shall not
lift the 100% of materials within 15th Day of issuance of Sale
Order.

Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
6 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
7 Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
8 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
