The buyer will have to get the Insurance and registration certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost. And will make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicle. The security will be returned only after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest bidder. The Buyer Will have to get the NOC from Delhi RTO, or get temporary registration in Delhi and after That get the requière NOC for other State,  And if he fails to get the NOC,  he Will have to follow the scrap of vehicles norms as per the Government guidelines.   2.    Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days, The bidder should generate EMD refund request on website. 3.    Payment SALE amount should be deposited with Diplomatic Mission New Delhi in full after the acceptance and payment of GST  will have to be made by the successful bidder BY RTGS, NEFT, in favour of “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS & CONSULTANTS PVT LTD.”, payable at New Delhi., within Three days from the date of notification. Bidder must produce the NOC from Transport Department before collection of vehicle. And all the transfer formalities/fee will be done/borne by buyer only.  4.     The  DIPLOMATIC MISSION & Seller  has reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason. 5.    The highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the vehicle. 6.    It would be assumed that the bidder has satisfied about the vehicle before participating in  the auction. No complaint will be entertained after the auction. 7.    In case the successful bidder backs out, his security amount will be forfeited. 8.    Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of to DIPLOMATIC MISSION, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.     9.     DIPLOMATIC MISSION will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other bidders. 10.  Transfer Documents will be prepared in the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the time of bid) only. Third party transfer and address change will not be allowed. 11.   DIPLOMATIC MISSION will provide the required documents in the name of bidders after taking the permission from Ministry of External Affairs it will take 30 to 45 days.
