E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 03 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten Per cent) of his bid
amount less the Caution Money deposited (CMD) earlier towards the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
L&T Construction shall issue a final
confirmation of acceptance/rejection for all lots within 30 calendar days
(excluding e-auction date)
The
buyer shall deposit 100% payment within 05 calendar days from the date of
confirmation, subject to acceptance of his bid amount and said lot/’s. Lifting also to be complete in 05 days time
after confirmation is received from L&T.
**EMD
will be released on compliance / confirmation of GST – TDS payments & on
submission of payment challans. Bidder will be responsible for the payment of GST – TDS challans and to be submitted on time.**
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
L&T
Construction.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

Special Condition :
1 L & T Ltd. will not
provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.
2 H1 Buyer lift the
materials from site as indicate by the site person’s Instructions. And will not
insist to lift the material of bidder’s priority.
3 After auction company
will not accept any misbehave for the lifting. The bidder should clear the site
on the same day, No halt of the vehicle is allowed for overnight. Bidder will
obey the weighing clause of the Company.
4 Weighment shall be done at L&T or L&T
nominated weighbridge & shall be final and binding on both parties,
weighment charges if any shall be in Vendor's scope. Scrap lifting Vehicle
driver should have heavy vehicle license and vehicle should have all documents
like, RC, Fitness certificate, PUC certificate, First aid kit etc. No two or
three wheeler vehicles are allowed inside L&T Site for any material
loading. Material to be properly covered and taken away from site.

All materials shall
be lifted from site within 5 days from the date of
issuance of Sale Order.

Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 100% of the Sale Order value within 7 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order.

Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
8 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
9 Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
10 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
