LOT NO.5: E Auction for Filled Used Oil barrel for bidder having valid recycler Licensed form C.P.C.B or
Authorized Pollution control Board. To
be collected from DTC depot, Delhi & Noda.
LOT NO.6: E Auction for Used Oil + Coolant Mix drum, to be
collected from different DTC depot in Delhi & Noida.
Terms & Conditions:
SECURITY: Rs. 25,000/- IN THE FORM OF NEFT,
IN FAVOURING OF ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS OR ASHOK LEYLAND LTD., SHOULD REACH
AUCTIONEER ON OR BEFORE AUCTION DAY. COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
WITHHOLD SALE OF SCRAP WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON. TOTAL LOT VALUE TO BE
QUOTED IN FAVOUR OF “ASHOK LEYLAND LTD” PAYABLE AT DELHI.
NOC will be required from all Depot for refund of Security.
E-way bill be supplied by customer
* All items as per invoice to be
lifted from Depot within 15 days of invoicing, as beyond this period e-way bill
cannot be generated after this period. The buyer will generate the E-WAY
bill their self.
* Membership fee payable yearly & Rs. 500/-
for Lot 5 & 6, & Rs. 300/- each for remaining lot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The
E-Auction will be governed by the following terms & conditions: -

E-AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON BEHALF OF ASHOK
LEYLAND LTD., FOR USED OIL LYING AT DIFFERENT DTC DEPOT IN DELHI.
2. INSPECTION
ON 15th September 2025 to 17th September-2025 FROM 11:00
AM - 4:00 PM
3. EMD
Rs. 25,000/- & FOR USED OIL, EMPTY BARRELS, IN THE FORM OF DEMAND DRAFT /
PAY ORDER, RTGS/NEFT, SHOULD REACH AUCTIONEER ON
OR BEFORE AUCTION DAY.AND WILL REFENDED ONLY AFTER COMPELETION OF THE OF
LIFTING OF THE MATERIAL.SECURITY WILL NOT ADJUSTED AGAINST SALES. HIGHEST
BIDDER WILL HAVE TO DEPOSIT THE FULL AMOUNT OF SALES.
4. THE
RATES SHOULD QUATOED PER PIECE, PER BARRELS, ASHOK LEYLAND LTD., RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO WITHHOLD SALE OF SCRAP OF ALL OR ANY PARTICULAR DEPOT WITHOUT
ASSIGNING ANY REASON. TOTAL LOT VALUE TO BE QUOTED IN FAVOUR OF “ASHOL LEYLAND
LTD” PAYABLE AT DELHI.
5. E- AUCTION: 18-09-2025 FROM 2:30 ONWARDS:
TAXES:
GST as per applicable rates given in table.
+ TCS 1.00%,
6. ALL
THE ITEMS WILL BE SOLD ON “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS.
7. Payment with applicable GST & TCS,
after the acceptance of E-AUCTION, within 72 hours, WILL have to be made by the
successful bidder in THE FORM OF A Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT IN favour of M/s
ASHOK LEYLAND LTD payable at Delhi.AFTER CONFIRMATION HE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO
LIFT THE MATERIL.

LTD., RESERVES the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any
reason.

The highest
bidder OF ALL depots should give his proper identification i.e. TIN NO, PAN
CARD, SCANNED COPY FOR VENDER CODE REGISTRATION.
10. It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the materials
before furnishing of their E-AUCTION. No
complaint will be entertained after the auction.
11. The buyer will have to remove the
material at his own cost within 15 (fIFTEEN) WORKING DAYS OF INVOICE GIVING IF
NOT DONE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE FORFITED AND COMPAY WILL RE-AUCTION THE
MATERIAL. A. PENLATY OF RS. 2,000/- PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED ON DEFAULT. THE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL MAKE his own
arrangement for removal of the materials and ensure adherence to all safety and
scrap disposal norms as per the existing statutory and environmental Laws. A
CERTIFICATE TO THIS AFFECT WILL BE RENDERED BY SUCCESSFUL BIDDER BEFORE LIFTING
OF MATERIAL. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL
ensure adequate safety while lifting the scrap from ASHOK LEYLAND LTD., Low
Floor Depots.AND THE BIDDERS WILL BE BLACKLISTED IN FUTURE AUCTION.
