 TERMS & CONDITIONS IN BRIEF
 1.   The Vehicle are auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The buyer will have to get the Insurance, registration certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost.
2.   Arrangement for removal of the vehicle must be done by H1 Bidder only. The security will be returned only after the Transfer of the vehicle and copy of documents Is provided to  High Commission of Canada.
3.   Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days
4.   Payment in full after the acceptance will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS, NEFT Only in favour of “Accurate Auctioneers” within Three days from the date of notification before collection of Vehicle.
5.   High Commission of Canada Reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
6.   The highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the vehicle.
7.   It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the vehicle before the auction. No complaint will be entertained after the auction.
8.   In case the successful bidder backs out, his EMD will be forfeited.
9.   Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of High Commission of Canada, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.    
10.                Name of the highest bidder name will not be disclose to third party or other bidders.
