he Vehicle be sold through e-Auction on “As Is Where Basis” and “No Complaint Basis Is”. The
Participant will, therefore, be deemed to have made themselves, fully aware, regarding the quality, quantity,
and present condition of the vehicles of
scrapped Vehicles before participating in the online bidding.
No
Complaint or claim in this
regard shall be entertained after submission of the online bids.
For Scrap vehicles no Registration certificate or any other registration paper
will be given, scrap vehicle will be dismantled by the buyers, Registration
number is given for identification of scrap vehicle only.

1. ALL VEHICLES ARE WITH RC & without RC, Kindly check the list of
vehicles before participation.
2. BIDDERS MUST INSPECT THE VEHICLES BEFORE BIDDING.
3. BIDDERS ALSO MUST CHECK THE CHALLANS PENDING BEFORE AUCTION DATE.
BIDDERS SHOULD ADJUST CHALLANS PENDING IN BIDDING PRICE AND CLEAR DUES AFTER
BUYING THE VEHICLE. NO CHALLANS SHALL BE OFSET BY SELLER.
After result within 7 days full payment to be deposited in the
accounts of SIS GIVEN DETIALS only (Through online transfer)
No cash deposit will be accepted.
Auction process fee of Rs. 1,000/-
+GST per Vehicle will be paid by H1 bidder to Auctioneers, EXTRA
