ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS in advance on or before 16-03-2026 by 5 PM. Pre-Bid
EMD amount deposited will be adjusted against required earnest money amount to
be paid by successful purchasers. The Pre-Bid EMD deposited in respect of
unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the online e-auction
on request on the portal under security refund.
