Auction of Vehicles belonging to UNHCR UNITED
NATIONS Chennai, will be held on Tuesday the 22nd July-2025,
at 11:30 through E-auction. Security
deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- per 4-wheeler, in favour of Accurate Auctioneers and
Consult PVT LTD., should be deposited before 05:00pm on or before 21st
July-2025. Inspection at UNHCR, 11, 17th
Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai – 600 090, on 18th July 2025
from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM, Bidder must
submit identity and address proof along with security money. And create EMD
submit request on website. The seller
reserves the right NOT to sell an item if the minimum reserved price is not
met. The minimum reserve prices are confidential and only known by the seller.
NOTE : Vehicles
should be get registered in Chennai within 30 days of delivery of vehicle and
bidder should get the vehicle registered in bidding name only, Also no third
party payment is allowed for bid amount.

The
Vehicle is auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The buyer will have
to get the registration certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost.
Seller will provide MEA sale approval and other documentation and will not
be liable to pay any charges for transfer of ownership of vehicle in the name
of buyer. Successful non-diplomat/non-privileged bidder will have to pay
Road taxes Insurance as applicable directly to the government/transport
authorities over and above their bidding prices. The security will be returned only after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest
bidder.
2 Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders
will be refunded in 5 Working Days, After creation of EMD refund request on
website of Auctioneers.
3 Payment in full, after the acceptance
will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS, NEFT, in favour of “ACCURATE
AUCTIONEERS & CONSULT PVT LTD.”, within Three days from the date of
notification, before collection of vehicles. And all the transfer formalities/fee
will be done/borne by buyer only.
4 The UNHCR have
reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
5 The highest bidder should give his
proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any
other valid proof of address of Chennai in case of individual and Registration
Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the
vehicle.
6 It would be assumed that the
bidder has satisfied about the vehicle condition before the auction. No
complaint will be entertained after the auction.
7 In case the successful bidder backs
out, his security amount will be forfeited.
8 Accurate
Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf
of UNHCR and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding
process.

The
UNHCR will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other bidders.
10 Transfer Documents will be prepared in
the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the time of bid) only.
Third party payment will not be allowed.
