E-AUCTION OF DIPLOMATIC VEHICLE OF INTERNATIONAL

Auction of Vehicle belonging to International Finance Corporation World Bank Group,
will be held on Wednesday, 25th June-2025, at 11:30 am, with
unlimited auto extension, through E-auction. The inspection of the vehicle will
be allowed on 23rd June-2025 from 1100 to 1500 hrs at International Finance Corporation,
Parking, World Mark 3,Aerocity, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi 110037, Security
deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- per vehicle, in favour of Accurate Auctioneers,
should be deposited before 5:00pm on or before 24th June-2025. Bidder
must submit identity and address proof along with security money.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 The
Vehicle is auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The buyer will have to get the Insurance and registration
certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost in Delhi First. Within
30 days after handing over of the documents. And
will make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicle. The security will be returned only
after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest bidder.

Security
Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days, The bidder should
generate EMD refund request on website.

Payment
in full after the acceptance will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS,
NEFT, in favour of “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS”, payable at New Delhi., within
Three days from the date of notification. Bidder must produce the Registration Certificate from Transport Department Transfer in his name.
And all the transfer formalities/fee will be done/borne by buyer only.

Bank Group has reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without
assigning any reason.

The
highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar
Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and
Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery
of the vehicle.

It
would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the vehicle before the auction.
No complaint will be entertained after the auction.

In
case the successful bidder backs out, his security amount will be forfeited.

Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the
online bidding process, on behalf of to
International Finance Corporation World Bank Group, and shall provide the electronic
platform to aid the online bidding process.
9 to International Finance Corporation
World Bank Group will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other
bidders.
10 Transfer Documents will be prepared in
the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the time of bid) only.
Third party transfer and address change will not be allowed.
11 International Finance
Corporation World Bank Group will provide the required documents in the name of
bidders after taking the permission from Ministry of External Affairs it will
take 30 to 45 days. So bidder should take care of it.
