E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

  1. Highest Bidder, to whom Sale Order will be issued, shall deposit the Sale Order amount as per below stages:
  1. 50% immediately (within 3-4 days) from the date of receipt of Sale Order.
  2. 25% after lifting of 40% of materials.
  3. 25% after lifting of 70% of materials.
  1. Bidder should lift the material within 15 days from the date of receipt of Sale Order with the condition that, Bidders should mobilize within 4 days from the date of receipt of Sale Order. If fail, we will cancel the SO and you have to forfeit their EMD and transfer the Daewoo L&T JV account.

Special Condition :

1  M/s Daewoo-L&T JV will not provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.

2  The Sale Order will be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:

        If Bidder will not deposit the Security Amount within 3-5 days from the date of issuance of Sale Order.

        If Bidder shall not start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of Sale Order.

        If Bidder shall not lift the 50% of materials within 15th Day of issuance of Sale Order.

3  Bidder shall be Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.

4  Tax will be extra as per actual rates.

5  Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.

6  All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
