E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 03 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten Per cent) of his bid
amount less the Caution Money deposited (CMD) earlier towards the Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD).
L&T Construction shall issue a final
confirmation of acceptance/rejection for all lots within 15 calendar days
(excluding e-auction date)
The buyer shall deposit 100% payment
within 07 calendar days from the date of confirmation, subject to acceptance
of his bid amount and said lot/’s
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
L&T
Construction.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

Special Condition :
1 L & T Ltd. will not
provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.
2 H1 Buyer lift the
materials from site as indicate & instruction by the site person. The
smaller sizes should be lifted / despatched as first lot.
3 H1 buyer have clear
their doubts before participate in the auction after auction company will not
accept or consider any misbehave for the lifting.
4 GST TDS will deduct 2% & H1 Buyer have to
pay at the time of payment.

All materials shall
be lifted from site within 30 days from the date of
issuance of Sale Order.

Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 25% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order as a Security amount. Balance 75% shall be payable in 2-3 slots before lifting of materials from site.
The Security amount will be adjusted in last lot. .

The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
If Bidder will not
deposit the Security Amount within 3-5 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order.
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.
If Bidder shall not
lift the 50% of materials within 15th Day of issuance of Sale
Order.

Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
9 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
10 Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
11 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee Mandatory for the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
