AUCTIONEERS in advance on or before 11th March 2026 by 5 PM.
Pre Bid EMD amount deposited will be adjusted against required earnest money
amount to be paid by successful purchasers. The Pre-Bid EMD deposited in
respect of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the online
request on the portal under security refund.

The bidder/bidders are required to deposit the required 10%
earnest money on sale value of each lot as per conditions of sale within 7
working days (from the date of announcing the auction’s results by auctioneer,
through E-mail only),
Failure
to deposit required, earnest money as per announced conditions of sale by Tata
Motors Body Solutions Ltd. Dharwad, Plant, Pre-Bid earnest money deposited will
be forfeited and registration will be cancelled of the concerned buyer, thereby
debarring them for at least 6 months in case of back out buyers at the sole
discretion of the management.
MODE
OF PAYMENT: For payment of 10% Earnest Money on Sale Value of sold lots
through RTGS/ NEFT ONLY ARE ACCEPTABLE, in favor of Tata Motors
