E-AUCTION OF DIPLOMATIC VEHICLE OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION WORLD BANK GROUP MUMBAI**

Auction of Vehicle belonging to International Finance Corporation World Bank Group, will be held on Thursday, 15^th January-2026, at 11:30 am, with unlimited auto extension, through E-auction. The inspection of the vehicles will be allowed on 12 & 13^rd January-2026 from 1100 to 1300 hrs at International Finance Corporation, Godrej BKC, Unit no. 1, 3rd floor G-Block, C/68, Bandra Kurla Complex Bandra East Mumbai 400051, Security deposit of Rs. 2,00,000/- per vehicle, in favour of Accurate Auctioneers, should be deposited before 5:00pm on or before 14^th January-2026.  Bidder must submit identity and address proof along with security money.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Vehicle is auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The buyer will have to get the Insurance and registration certificates transferred in his favour at his own cost. And will make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicle. The security will be returned only after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest bidder. The Buyer Will have to pays first Road Tax in Mumbai for registration or take NOC to other State.  
2. The buyer must note that the IFC shall only be responsible for de-registering the vehicle at RTO, Mumbai and handing over necessary transfer papers to the highest bidder.
3. If the buyer is a domiciled resident of the State of Maharashtra, he must pay the Road Tax at current rate (pro-rata basis) to the Maharashtra Govt at RTO, after which that RTO will issue him an NOC. Thereafter they must register the car in their name in any RTO within the state of Maharashtra. The buyer must get the NOC and Insurance transferred in his Favour at his own cost.
4. If the buyer is NOT a domiciled resident of the State of Maharashtra, he must still pay the Road Tax at current rate (pro-rata basis) to the Maharashtra Govt at Tardeo RTO after which that RTO will issue him an NOC. Thereafter, they must also pay Road Tax at current rate to the State in which he wishes to register the vehicle (outside Maharashtra). Once he obtains RC from his state in their name, they must subsequently apply for refund of Road Tax paid to the Govt. of Maharashtra at RTO. The buyer must get the NOC and Insurance transferred in his favour at his own cost.
5. They must make his own arrangements for the removal of the vehicle. The vehicle will be delivered to the highest bidder and his security returned only after the buyer completes all the formalities at the RTO and submits a copy of RC book to the IFC proving that the vehicle has been successfully transferred in his favour. The Consulate shall not be responsible for any delays in the process of completing RTO formalities.
6. Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in 5 Working Days, The bidder should generate EMD refund request on website.
7. Payment in full after the acceptance will have to be made by the successful bidder in RTGS, NEFT, in favour of International Finance Corporation and GST to “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS”, payable at New Delhi., within Three days from the date of notification. Bidder must produce the NOC from Transport Department before collection of car. And all the transfer formalities/fee will be done/borne by buyer only. 
8.  The International Finance Corporation World Bank Group has reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason.
9. The highest bidder should give his proper identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and Registration Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the vehicle.
10. It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the vehicle before the auction. No complaint will be entertained after the auction.
11. In case the successful bidder backs out, his security amount will be forfeited.
12. Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of to International Finance Corporation World Bank Group, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding process.    
13. The International Finance Corporation World Bank Group will not disclose highest bidder name to third party or other bidders.
14. Transfer Documents will be prepared in the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the time of bid) only. Third party transfer and address change will not be allowed.
15.  International Finance Corporation World Bank Group will provide the required documents in the name of bidders after taking the permission from Ministry of External Affairs it will take 30 to 45 days. So bidder should take care of it.
