IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Pre bid earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR. 2,00,000 (Rupees two lacks) by RTGS/NEFT for above

E-auction should be deposited by intending registered bidders with Accurate Auctioneers in advance on or before 18^th October 2024. This EMD will be adjusted against earnest money amount to be paid by successful purchasers. The pre bid deposited in respect of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the E-auction.

Details of Bank of Auctioneer:- Accurate Auctioneers, Delhi for e-payment by buyer only.

The bidder/bidders are required to deposit the required 20% earnest money on sale value of each lot as per conditions of sale within 7 working days (from the date of announcing the auction’s final results to auctioneer) with TML Pantnagar. Failure to deposit required post bid earnest money as per announced conditions of sale by TML Pantnagar Plant, Pre Bid earnest money deposited will be forfeited and registration will be cancelled of the concerned buyer, thereby debarring them for at least 6 months in case of back out buyers at the sole discretion of the management.

MODE OF PAYMENT: For payment of 20% Earnest Money on Sale Value of sold lots through RTGS/NEFT/ BANK DD OR PAY ORDER ARE ACCEPTABLE, drawn in favor of TATA MOTORS LIMITED, PAYABLE AT RUDRAPUR.

INSPECTION OF SCRAP LOTS:  On request only, at TATA MOTORS LIMITED, Pantnagar Plant, entry through Gate No.3, Plot No.1, Sector-II, IIE SIDCUL, Pantnagar-263145, Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand), on 17^th    October 2024 between 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.

LIFTING: Purchasers must do ground clearance on daily basis for Gatta, Kachra  & Wood lots (if one or more vehicle load of material is available) & for all others Lots TWICE IN A WEEK, preferably on TUESDAY and FRIDAY, If a buyer fails to lift his materials within the stipulated period as mentioned above, Ground Rent @ 0.1% per day of basic sale amount will be charged from the buyer from the 15th Day of Sale Order till starting date of lifting (both days excluding).

Purchaser has to ensure ground clearance of the items purchased.

It will be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure internet connectivity during the auction proceedings and any loss thereof due to any reason whatsoever including power failure, line connectivity etc. will be to bidder’s risk. The event conducted by the auctioneer on behalf of Tata Motors Ltd, Pantnagar will not be deemed to be defective by any or more of the bidders.

No complaints will be entertained by the auctioneer or Tata Motors Ltd, Pantnagar in this regard.

Only the Courts at Delhi, INDIA shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute connected with the arbitration proceedings or any other matter or claim arising out of or in connection with the online e-auction
