E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
1. Semac Construction Ltd. shall
issue a final confirmation of acceptance/rejection for all lots
within 30 Working days (excluding e-auction date)
2. If the approval period has
expired, bidders must send a withdrawal e-mail to cancel their
bid before receiving final confirmation.
3. The buyer shall deposit 100%
payment within 05 calendar days from the
date of confirmation, subject to acceptance of his bid amount and said lot/'s from Accurate Auctioneers.
4. Membership Fee
is compulsory if due will be deducted from security deposited,
