Earnest money(AS PER SCHEDULE)

Each individual buyer should deposit an earnest money in the form of demand draft only in Favor of “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS.” Payable at DELHI, or NEFT/ RTGS in Company’s Bank Account.

Bidder has the option to go for e-auction for one/multiple/all plant and machinery. Accordingly bidders will be required to submit Earnest Money Deposit respectively of each machinery & materials for which he desires to go for E-Auction.

Earnest Money in any other form, for example cheque (including cheque made “good for payment”) Bank Guarantee, Bid Bonds, call deposits etc. will not be acceptable to GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. and any request to recoup earnest money from renderers pending bills or for adjustment of the same from previous Security Deposit if any, or from any other amount lying with GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. shall not be entertained.

In case of unsuccessful bidders, the Earnest Money will be refunded to them, without interest promptly when the drafts are made available at the earliest after the bid is awarded.

Selection of successful bidder would be identified by the GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD.’s Authority and it would be the final.

Online auction

E-Auction will be held on 2:30 P.M onwards, On 24.04.2026.

with unlimited auto Ext. (Time Duration: 1 Hour)

Result

Will be announced within 15 working days and EMD will be returned within 10 days after declaration of result.

Tax

• The rate of GST or any other statutory levies surcharge etc. will be applicable Extra and payable by the Buyer

Quality and Quantity

·       Bidders should bid for one/multiple/all the Plants & Machineries and materials, as the case may be, as a whole and no quotation for part quantity of material or any particular Plant and Machinery will be accepted.

·       As the Plants & Machineries and materials are being sold on entire lot basis and not on unit/ number basis, the entire plant has to lying in the lot will have to be lifted by the buyer(s) so as to clear the entire lot. The quantity, if indicated in such cases against the respective lots are purely indicative and GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. shall not entertain any claim / complaint from the buyer(s) for any deficiency in quantity size, dimension or refund the whole or any part of the purchase money or loss of profit or interest, damages or otherwise.

·       GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. reserves the right to accept or withdraw from sale the Plants & Machineries and materials offered for sale in full or part thereof prior to / after the acceptance of the auction without assigning any reason whatsoever.

·       GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid without assigning any reason and the sale contract for any or all the machinery may be allowed by GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. to one or more than one bidders as GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD. may deem fit and no claim / complaint in this regard will be entertained by GANNON DUNKERLEY & CO., LTD..

- successful Bidders EMD amount should be transferred to company’s  account immediately after approval and after that the material lifting should be start immediately & complete picked up within short time frame period of 30 days.
