E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
1. L&T Construction shall issue
a final confirmation of acceptance/rejection
for all lots
within 15 Working days (excluding e-auction date)
2. If the approval period has
expired, bidders must send a withdrawal e-mail to cancel their
bid before receiving final confirmation.
3. The buyer shall deposit 100%
payment within 05 calendar days from the
date of confirmation, subject to acceptance of his bid amount and said lot/'s from Accurate Auctioneers.

IMPORTANT POINTS:-
1. Before the auction
date, bidders should check with the site team for physical availability of the assets and locations.
2. It would be very
beneficial for us if most bidders could visit the site for inspection.
3. The RC has been cancelled for applicable assets; we
will cut the chassis no and remove the number plate.
4 For
RC registration assets, kindly ensure the following points are clearly
mentioned. We are ready to transfer the RC in the name of the H1 bidder for
working condition assets. For RC cancelled assets, the RC has been cancelled,
and the chassis number and number plate will be removed.
After completion of material lifting, kindly
collect the invoice copies from the bidders and share them with us for EMD
confirmation.

not be released to the bidders under any circumstances.
