CPUs (without Hard Disk), monitors, laptops, printers, UPS, cellular phones,
air conditioners, and other items:-**

and conditions:
•
Vehicles / items are sold on "as
is where is" condition and on a no-complaint basis. The Consulate
makes no warranty, expressed or implied, on the effectiveness of the vehicles /
items auctioned.
•
Payment of necessary taxes is the
responsibility of the buyer.
•
**On 10th October’2022
(Monday), bidders must register themselves on www.accurateauctioneers.in.
Auctioneer Service Provider will help in registration. No registration fees
will be charged in this Process.**
•
**On 11th (Tuesday), two-wheelers and
four-wheeler only will be displayed in front of the function hall
beside US Consulate gate no.1, Paigah Palace,
1-8-323, Chiran Fort Lane, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Telangana 500 003,
India. Only registered bidders will be
allowed. All other items will not be displayed,
they must be viewed online**.
•
**Inspection
of vehicles will take place on 11th October (Tuesday) between
09:00 and 15:00 hours.**
•
**On 11th October’2022 (Tuesday)
before 23:00 pm, interested bidders are required to transfer an Earnest Money
Deposit (EMD) of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by NEFT/RTGS to
“ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS” account number.** (FOR PRE REGISTERED PERSON ONLY)

**E-Auction will be held on 12th
October’2022 (Wednesday), as per the timings given below:**

Lot No. 1 to 10 : Starts at 10:00 and ends at 10:30
am
o
Lot No. 11 to 20 : Starts at 10:30 and ends at 11:00
am
o
Lot No. 21 to 30 : Starts at 11:00 and ends at 11:30
am
o
Lot No. 31 to 40 : Starts at 11:30 and ends at 12:00 pm
o
Lot No. 41 to 50 : Starts at 12:00 and ends at 12:30 pm
o
Lot No. 51 to 55 : Starts at 12:30 and ends at 1:00 pm 56WITHDRAWN

The successful bidders will be informed on
12th October’2022 (Wednesday) late evening.
•
**The successful bidder has to make the
final payment on 13th October’2022 (Thursday) by 1:00 pm.
He should pay the bid amount to “US
CONSULATE GENERAL, HYDERABAD” through NEFT/RTGS (Bank account details will
be shared with successful bidders) & GST shall be paid to “ACCURATE
AUCTIONEERS”, through NEFT/RTGS.**
•
The successful bidder’s EMD will be
adjusted against the GST amount.
•
The earnest deposit will be retained /
adjusted till all the successful bidder pays for the bids.
•
Copy of original government identity of
buyer is required while making the payment for processing the vehicles transfer
documentation.
•
**EMD will be totally refunded to unsuccessful
bidders on 15th October’2022 (Saturday) or 17th
October’2022 (Monday) through online mode to the same account.**
•
As mentioned in the list, lot wise items will be handed over at:
o Outside
gate1- Consulate Office – Begumpet - Hyderabad;
on 15th (Saturday),
17th (Monday) and 18th (Tuesday) October’2022 before
3:00 pm.
on first come first served basis on production of the Invoice pertaining
to items purchased and Government issued ID proof.
•
The Consulate reserves the right to delete
and may reject any or all bids of offers without assigning any reason thereto.

Note:
If the successful bidders refuses to pay full amount on 13th October’2022(Thursday)
by 1:00 p.m., Earnest Money Deposit will NOT be refunded by the Consulate /
Auctioneer and shall stand forfeited.
2nd highest
Bidder will be given the option to buy the material at the price he has
quoted.
