E-AUCTION NOTICE
E-Auction of obsolete Furniture
& E-waste Items like CPU, Monitors, Printers, Photocopiers, A/C, CCTV Dome
Camera, & Misc. for Authorized Recyclers, dismantler, Collector, registered
with SPCB or CPCB, will be held on Friday, the 16th October-2024 at
2:30 P.M. Inspection can be done on 14th & 15th October-2024
from 11:00am to 4:00 pm. at Indira
Paryavaran Bhawan, Jor Bagh Road, New Delhi 110003.
Terms: Full Payment in
the form of Demand Draft within 48 hours in favor of Ministry. The material
shall be sold on "As is where is Basis". Performance Security
amounting to Rs. 40,000/- in favor of Auctioneers, to be submitted before
auction. Validity of bid 60 days. Final payment in faovur of PAO (Sectt.).
Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change, New Delhi, in the form of D.D, to be deposited. Nonpayment
will lead to forfeited of performance security. Highest Bid shall be subject to
approval. The auctioned material must be removed within 3 days from the date of
depositing D.D against the highest bid. A penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be
charged for the delay. The bidders from Delhi-NCR only are eligible to
participate in e-auction. M/s Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for
the auction bidding process, on behalf of this Ministry and shall provide the
auction platform to aid the bidding process. Membership fee is compulsory for every bidders to take part in auction.
