Special Condition :
1 L & T Ltd. will not
provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor scope.

All materials shall
be lifted from site within 7 days from the date of issuance of Sale Order.

Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 25% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of
Sale Order as a Security amount. Balance 75% shall be payable in 2-3 lots
before lifting of materials from site. The Security amount will be adjusted in
last lot. .

The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
If Bidder will not
deposit the Security Amount within 3-5 days from the date of issuance of Sale
Order.
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.
If Bidder shall not
lift the 50% of materials within 15th Day of issuance of Sale
Order.

Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
6 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
7 Event Fees is to be Paid by H1 Buyer Only.
8 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
