Inspection can be done with pre-registration till May 31, 2026 by 03:00pm
& Pre bid EMD of Rs. 1,00,000/-, with the Auctioneers after that the bidder
can inspect the material on 3rd & 4th June 2026, at American
Embassy, Gate# C, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri New Delhi, from 10:00 to 1:00
hrs. by NEFT in favour of Accurate
Auctioneers, Payable at New Delhi. Should reach well before the inspection.
To take part in auction bidders should deposit the extra
security of Rs. 2,00,000/- Total EMD should be Rs. 3 lakhs.
Terms: Full
payment within 3 working days, GST will be charged extra, otherwise security
will be forfeited the validity of bid is 30 days, and material will have to be
removed within 10 working days after the payment and invoice. E-ways will be
responsibility of the buyer. The Items is sold on “As is Where is” basis. The
highest bidder will make his own arrangement to lift the material and take
proper precautions not to harm building structure and repair the site from
where the material is removed. The highest bids will be subject to approval,
and the highest bidder will give his proper identification.
