Lot of Furniture & Misc. will be held on Wednesday 23rd July-2025 at 2:30 P.M. Inspection can be on 21st
& 22nd July -2025 from 11:00 to 3:00 at University Grants
Commission (UGC), Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi.
Terms: - Full payment by Demand Draft/NEFT,
on “As is Where is & no complain basis” Security of Rs. 20,000/-, by NEFT
in favour of Accurate Auctioneers, per person to be deposited before Auction.
Highest Bid Will be Subject to approval. Validity of bid is 45 days from
auction, Payment must be made within 5 working days and material has to be
removed immediately. Nonpayment security will be forfeited. A penalty of Rs. 500/- per day will be charged
on delay.
Accurate
Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf
of Principal, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online
bidding process.
