  1. For scrap & motor parts items depot wise rates to be quoted in e-auction and will be sold to highest bidder. Ashok Leyland Ltd. reserves the right to withhold sale of a scrap of all or any depot without assigning any reason.
  2. The successful bidder will deposit the total amount, which will be informed to him through E-mail. He must deposit the final amount within 96 hours of intimation, by the successful bidder in the form of a demand draft/ RTGS in favor of M/S Ashok Leyland Ltd. Account.
  3.   Bidders must register themselves on www.accurateauctioneers.in.
  4. The highest bidder of depot wise lot should give his proper identification i.e. voter card/driving license/ration card/passport or any other valid proof of address in case of individual and the registration certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the material.
  5.  It would be assumed that the bidder has inspected the materials before furnishing of their bid.  No complaint will be entertained after the auction.
  6. The buyer will have to remove the material at his own cost within 5 Working days for the depot after making full payment, and issue of invoice, and will make his own arrangement for removal of the materials and ensure adherence to all safety and scrap disposal norms as per the existing statutory and environmental laws. A certificate to this affect will be rendered by successful bidder before the lifting of material. A penalty of Rs. 5,000/- per day will be charged, if the scrap material is not removed within the given time.

 

  1.   If the bidder fails to observe / comply any of the above stipulation, the earnest money shall be forfeited by ASHOK LEYLAND LTD DELHI.

 

  1. In case of any damage to the property of ASHOK LEYLAND, while lifting the material penalty can be imposed by the organization on the Highest Bidder.
  2.  In case of the wrong bid, decision will be taken by Ashok Leyland Ltd
  3. The material  is auctioned on "As is Where is" basis. The highest bidder should be given an affidavit that he will scrap the Motorcycles and will not run on the road.

ALL THE MATERIAL WILL BE SOLD ON “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS.
