E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|
Payment Within 03 working days from the
date of intimation of such provisional acceptance, the highest/ successful
bidder has to pay an amount equivalent to 100% of his bid amount.
Auctioneers shall issue a final
confirmation of acceptance/rejection for all lots within 30 calendar days
(excluding e-auction date)
Bidder has to deposit 100% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of
Sale Order.
The
EMD / Security Amount Shall be refunded after NOC from
DELHI
INTERNATIONAL CARGO TERMINAL PVT LTD.
NO interest shall be provided on amount
deposited in Auctioneer’s Account.

Whosoever is awarded the sale order shall submit the following
declaration on their official letterhead:
Declaration
We hereby declare that we are purchasing these old Prime Movers and Trailers as scrap. These
items will be disposed of in the scrap market and shall not be used on public
roads under any circumstances.
Authorized Signatory
Special Condition :
1 DELHI INTERNATIONAL
CARGO TERMINAL PVT LTD will not provide the E way bill. It’s in scrap vendor
scope.

All materials shall
be lifted from site within 10 days from the date of issuance of Sale Order.
3
Payment Terms:
Bidder has to deposit 100% of the Sale Order value within 3 days from the date of issuance of
Sale Order.

The Sale Order will
be cancelled and EMD will be forfeited as per below clauses:
If Bidder will not
deposit the FINAL Amount within 3 days from the date of issuance of Sale Order.
If Bidder shall not
start the lifting of materials from 10th day of issuance of
Sale Order.
5
Bidder shall be
Single Point of Contact for all communication & correspondence with Client.
6 Tax will be extra as per actual rates.
7 All the bidders have to pay Membership Fee for
the participation as Rs.7080/- (Inclusive GST)
