*NOTE : Vendor should do Scrap ground clearance every week as per following clause.

LIFTING and Penalthy Clause: 

Purchasers must place vehicle as per above  and ensure weekly ground clearance by placing addition vehicle as per requirement, failing which penalty Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand) per day for non placement of vehicle as per provided daily estimated lifting weight schedule and after week completion if there is any leftover (will be deducted from the current account). In case of the above holidays the lifting should be done on subsequent working days.

If consistent non-performance by H1 bidder (greater than 5 monthly penalty days) than tender of H1 vendor will be null and void and EMD amount will be forfeited. H2 vendor will be approached and tender will get offer.

Purchaser must ensure ground clearance of the items purchased on weekly basis. TML decision will be final for any penalty clause adherence (Natural Disaster)

Scrap type picking and allocation as per TML requirement

Retention Charge due to any errors from TML side : INR 2,000 (1^st Day) to be adjusted against any penalty

Note: No discount on wet scrap material.

Commencement of LIFTING : 01^st May, 2026. For Lot no. 1 & 2, and for Lot on. 3 Wooden, Contract will start from 1st January-2027, or earlier if the current bidder backout or security of the current bidder forfeited. 

Last date of LIFTING- 30^th April, 2027.

Tata Motors Ltd. will provide the forklift, though loading will be done by scrap dealer’s own men under joint supervision. Tata Motors Ltd. Will not bear cost of manpower.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The Pre-Bid earnest money mentioned in table with list by RTGS/NEFT for above online E- auction should be deposited by intended registered bidders with ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS in advance on or before 26-04-2026 by 5 PM. Pre-Bid EMD amount deposited will be adjusted against required earnest money amount to be paid by successful purchasers. The Pre-Bid EMD deposited in respect of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion of the online e-auction on request on the portal under security refund.

The bidder/bidders are required to deposit the required 10% earnest money on sale value as per conditions of sale within 7 working days (from the date of announcing the auction’s results by auctioneer, through E-mail only), with TATA MOTORS LIMITED. Failure to deposit required, earnest money as per announced conditions of sale by TATA MOTORS LIMITED, Pre-Bid earnest money deposited will be forfeited and registration will be cancelled of the concerned buyer, thereby debarring them for at least 6 months in case of back out buyers at the sole discretion of the management.

MODE OF PAYMENT: For payment of 10% Earnest Money on Sale Value of sold lots through RTGS/ NEFT ONLY ARE ACCEPTABLE, in favor of TATA MOTORS LIMITED, AT PALWAL
