E-AUCTION FOR AMERICAN EMBASSY NEW DELHI

September 05 & 06, 2026.
American
Embassy New Delhi, planning a significant e-auction comprising approximately
150 lots, including IT equipment, furniture, appliances, and Vehicle. The
auction will be conducted on an "as is, where is" basis (All items
have been sanitized; however, no guarantee is provided regarding memory or data
in IT or other miscellaneous items) through www.accurateauctioneers.in, with all items organized into lots and
displayed on the auction platform. The virtual auction is scheduled to go live
on September 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM. As this will be a fully virtual event, no
physical inspection will be offered.
Prior
to the auction, bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 20,000 for
furniture, appliances, IT equipment, and EMD Rs. 1,00,000 for vehicles, Scrap
vehicles we would be requiring photographs of engine number and physical cut
piece of chassis number plate along with a certificate from the government
authorized scrap company confirming vehicle scrap.
The
earnest money deposit (token money) for vehicles will be hold until the vehicle
is registered with a local Delhi registration number, and a copy of the
registration certificate card is submitted. The first registration must be
completed in Delhi.
All
lots will be posted on Accurate Auctioneer web page, stating “E-Auction on
behalf of American Embassy New Delhi.”
Delivery
of lots will be from Okhla warehouse, 10 Tilak Marg and the Embassy warehouse
only.
