E- AUCTION NOTICE

E- Auction of E-waste items, CPU, Air- conditioners, Printers, Monitors, Net Switch, Photocopier, Scanner, Furniture and misc. items for authorized recyclers, dismantler and collector, registered with SPCB or PCB, will be held on Thursday, the 08^th October-2025 at 2:30 P.M. Inspection can be done on 6^th and 7^th October 2025 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE, LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT,   VIDHI SAHITYA PRAKASHAN, I.L.I BUILDING,  BHAGWAN DAS ROAD, NEW DELHI- 110001.

Terms: -

1. The items will be auctioned and will be lifted by the highest bidder on “as is where basis is.”
2. As the material is in broken condition and is scrape condition, the bidder needs to satisfy by comparing the material with the list.  No complain shall be entertained after the auction.
3. The Security Deposit of RS. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only)  in form of NEFT may be drawn in F/o M/s. Accurate Auctioneers, Payable at New Delhi.
4. The security deposit to be deposited by each bidder before auction.
5. Acceptance of highest bid will be subject to approval of competent authority. Validity of bid will be for 45 days.
6. Payment of highest bid will be made within 5 working days through DD to Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan,  Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, otherwise security amount will be forfeited.
7. The auctioned material must be removed within 3 days from the date of depositing the amount of the highest bid.
