E-Auction
of Lot No. 1 wastepaper by weight Lot No.2 Furniture Almirah Big 30 Nos., Small
11 Nos. Steel Rack 4 Nos. in lot, will be held on 29th November-2022
at 02:30 P.M, Inspection can be done on 25th &
28th November-2022 from 11:00 am to 04:00 pm, at National Council
for Cooperative Training, 3 Sri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, Hauz
Khas, New Delhi-110016
Terms:
- The Items will
be auctioned and will be lifted by the highest bidder on “As is Where is Basis”.
Bidder needs to satisfy by inspecting the material. No complain shall be
entertained after the Auction. The Pre-Bid Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000/-
(Rs. Thirty Thousand only) by NEFT to Accurate Auctioneers, to be deposited by
each bidder before Auction. Acceptance of highest Bid Will be Subject to
approval of competent authority. Validity of bid for 45 days.
The Highest Bidder
will deposit performance security for Wastepaper, of
Rs. 1,00,000/- by D.D in advance to the
department (to be paid in 1 working days after acceptance), which shall be only
refunded after clearing the material or shall be adjusted in the last lifting. The
buyer will bring his labor and truck, and do the weighing empty, in presence of
the officer and loading the material will again go for weighing on Dharmkanta (weighment
Bridge) under the supervision of the authorized officer.
Name of DharmKata
(weighment Bridge) will be subject to the approval of the competent Authority.
Copy of Documents
of the Vehicle shall also be submitted before starting the procedure of lifting.
Payment: Once the
measurement is complete, the bidder shall immediately make the payment through
DD or NEFT(in favor of Department), and then permission to load the material in
trucks or lifting vehicle shall be allowed.
No lifting shall
be done until payment is cleared. No Payment through Cash or Cheques shall be
allowed.
In case of Non-Payment
of Performance Security, Security will be forfeited.
The auctioned material
must be removed within 7 days from the date of
depositing of performance
security or as permitted by the Department. All the security will be released
after clearance of site. A penalty of
Rs. 2,000/- per day will be charged for delay.
M/s Accurate Auctioneers shall be the facilitator for the
online bidding process, on behalf of this Ministry and shall provide the electronic
platform to aid the online bidding process.
