E-AUCTION OF DIPLOMATIC VEHICLES OF
WORLD BANK.
Auction of Vehicles belonging to The World Bank, will be
held on Friday, 16th January-2026, at 11:30 to 14:30 with unlimited
auto extension, through E-auction. The inspection of the vehicles will be
allowed on, 13th & 14th January-2026
from 1100 to 1300 hrs at The World Bank,70 Lodhi
Estate 110003, New Delhi. Security deposit of Rs. 2,00,000/-
per vehicle, in favour of Accurate Auctioneers, should be deposited before 5:00pm
on or before 15th january-2026.
Bidder must submit identity and
address proof along with security money.
NOTE : Vehicles should be get registered in Delhi within 30 days, before
delivery of vehicle and bidder should get the vehicle registered in bidding
name only, also no third-party payment is allowed for bid amount.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Vehicles are auctioned on "As is Where
is" basis. The buyer will have to get the registration certificates
transferred in his favour at his own cost First in Delhi only. And will
make his own arrangement for removal of the vehicle. The security will be returned
only after the Transfer of the vehicle in the name of highest bidder.
- Security Refund of unsuccessful bidders will be
refunded in 5 Working Days; the bidder should generate EMD refund request
on website.
- Payment in full after the acceptance will have to be
made by the successful bidder in D.D, RTGS, NEFT, in favour of “I.B.R.D”, payable at New Delhi., within Three days from the
date of notification before collection of car. And all the transfer
formalities/fee will be done/borne by buyer only. GST will be paid to
Auctioneers on the bid amount by H1 Bidder.
- The World Bank
has reserved the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any
reason.
- The highest bidder should give his proper
identification i.e Voter card/Driving License/Adhar Card/Passport or any
other valid proof of address in case of individual and Registration
Certificate in case of the firms etc. before taking the delivery of the
vehicle and first transferred in Delhi only.
- It would be assumed that the bidder has
inspected the vehicle before the auction. No complaint will be entertained
after the auction.
- In case the successful bidder backs out, his security
amount will be forfeited.
- Accurate Auctioneers shall be
the facilitator for the online bidding process, on behalf of The World
Bank, and shall provide the electronic platform to aid the online bidding
process.
- The World Bank will not disclose
highest bidder name to third party or other bidders.
- Transfer Documents will be
prepared in the name of actual bidder and provided address proof (at the
time of bid) only. Third party transfer and address change will not be
allowed.
