Post Bid CMD- Bidder has
to deposit 10 percent of the sale value
to Accurate Auctioneers as
post bid CMD within 48 hours after auction is completed including Pre Bid CMD
amount.
REFUND- For post Bid CMD and any excess payment made to
L&T in the form of RTGS or Demand draft,
refund will be initiated from L&T account.
Accurate Auctioneers will not play
any role for this refund
related issues &

E-AUCTION RESULT CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
|

L&T Construction shall issue a final confirmation of
acceptance/rejection for all
lots within 15 Working days (excluding e-auction date)

If the approval period has expired, bidders must send a withdrawal e-mail
to cancel their
bid before receiving final confirmation.
3
The buyer shall deposit 100% payment within 05 calendar days from
the date of confirmation, subject to acceptance of his bid amount and said lot/'s from
Accurate Auctioneers.
