Pre-Bid earnest money mentioned in table with list by RTGS/NEFT for above
online hall auction should be deposited by intending registered bidders with
ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS in advance on or before 10th September 2025
by 5 PM. Pre Bid EMD amount deposited will be adjusted against required
earnest money amount to be paid by successful purchasers. The Pre-Bid EMD
deposited in respect of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after completion
of the online e-auction on request on the portal under security refund.

The
bidder/bidders are required to deposit the required 20% earnest money on sale
value of each lot as per conditions of sale within 7 working days (from
the date of announcing the auction’s results by auctioneer, through E-mail
only), with TML Lucknow. Failure to deposit required, earnest money as per
announced conditions of sale by TML Lucknow, Plant, Pre-Bid earnest money
deposited will be forfeited and registration will be cancelled of the concerned
buyer, thereby debarring them for at least 6 months in case of back out buyers
at the sole discretion of the management.
MODE
OF PAYMENT: For payment of 20% Earnest Money on Sale Value of sold lots
through RTGS/ NEFT ONLY ARE ACCEPTABLE, in favor of TATA MOTORS
LIMITED, AT LUCKNOW.
LIFTING: Purchasers must OBTAIN ground clearance on
daily basis for Lots Gatta, Kachra& Wood (if one or more vehicle load of
material is available) & for all others Lots at least TWICE IN
A WEEK, preferably on TUESDAY and FRIDAY, failing which penalty @
Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand) per day & penalty for all others Lots
@ Rs.5,000/- per week will be deducted from the current account. In case
the above two days are holidays the lifting should be done on
subsequent working days. This will start on from 10 days (Ten days) of dispatch
of Sale Order.
Purchaser must ensure
ground clearance of the items purchased.

tonnage. Party has to lift (Ground Clear) all the Packing Material (Cartons,
Wood, Jute cartons, Plastic, Garbage etc). on daily basis till the last date
of contract. EMD will be released only after successful completion of lifting
period of the contract/Sale order.No partial EMD will be release in between
the contract period.Entire EMD will be forfeited if the buyer fails to lift
the material till the end date of contract.
