3 working days, on “As
is Where is Basis” E.M.D of Rs.10,000/- in form of NEFT in favor of Accurate
Auctioneers, New Delhi, per person to be deposited before Auction. Highest Bid
Will be Subject to approval. Validity of bid for 45 days. Non payment Security
will be forfeited.
